Why is Exercise so important for us?

I love learning about exercise and what it can do for us and our bodies! Stay tuned for this new area of my website, I will be posting regular gym workouts / at-home workouts / exercise regimes and ways to fit in some extra activity, along with the science and benefits around exercise and why we should all be doing it!

Remember, a walk around the block is better than nothing. Do not push yourself to do something you hate, find something you love and do it because you love it. Exercise does not have to be a “gym workout” it can literally be going for a beach walk with a friend, or re-doing your garden.

Do not over complicate things, just move your body!
